The freshest, most protective, easy-wearing and complementary of Rouge Dior products. No need to choose between lipcare and makeup—in a single step, lips are revived in colours with a healthy glow and wet dew-like shine, and drenched in a protective nourishing lip treatment.
These lip balms are better categorized as hydrating lipsticks than tinted lip balms. With a sleek and slightly more slender silhouette than the Rouge Dior Lipcolors, these lip baulms are more moisturizing and feels lighter on the lips than the other creamier lipcolors. The finish is sheen and although it’s a little on the pricier side of the budget, this compares to nothing like I have used before. Available in 14 shades from varying hues of nudes, pinks and neutrals there is something for everyone.
Swatched 3 coats of the lip Baume, the color is buildable to desired intensity without the feeling of an over application.
Swatches :Escapade on Top and Couquette On Bottom.
I usually don’t like neutrals but this one swooned over my heart. Dior Lady is a nude colored polish in grey and pink undertones. Part of the reformulated gel formula, the wear time is very impressive. I have swatched with the Dior Gel Top coat, but the polish has a great glossy cream finish on its own. 2 coats to perfection, this is part of a limited edition collection.
OVERALL: Great formula, lovely color- a must have neutral tone in your collection for those formal wears. Long lasting and chip resistant wear and the always a delight to use the Dior polish brush, wide and rounded while slightly tapered for extreme comfort of application and precision.
Retailing at $29.50 USD Each, they are so luxurious and stunning that before using you need to pause, hold your breath and just admire it.
OVERALL: They don’t last longer than average long lasting gloss but they keep lips so well hydrated even after they wear off. For best color effects they are best worn layered over a lipstick. They are quite sheer but plenty of sparkle !!
Nice warm winter lip color .. Can’t believe it’s that time of the year already!!!
Some colors change with seasons, some follow the trend but some colors last forever, red’s and Pink’s are those eternal hues.
The Pandore, is amongst the Dior Color Perfection.
Nail polish shows 2 coats, great formula and easy application. This is the new Gel Formula everyone is talking about. I haven’t used it enough to comment on its durability but it’s impressive so far. Retails for $25 USD.
And ofcourse the Dior Addict Fluid Stick in Pandore: Retails at $35 USD, First Reviewed Here.
The Dior Addict Fluid Sticks are truly addictive with most unique formula and the polishes are a sure indulgence, but we all deserve that piece of heaven sometimes, don’t we 😊
Now one thing any women can’t ignore is owning a luxurious brand. The quality is great but the feeling of possession is better than an orgasm! (You know I’m right!)
I’m sharing the Dior Creme De Rose lip Plumping balm today, retailing at $26 USD for 0.25oz it’s definitely pricey.
The must have care for damaged lips. The lip balm allies the expertise of Dior research in nutrition to the delicate smoothness of rose petals. All its nourishing power comes from the rare and precious Damask Rose essential oil extract together with an anti-aging complex and Shea butter. Lips are instantly smoothed, moisturized, beautifully plumped and soft. Totally addictive!
The product is sheer and spreads to the most amazing Rose scented goodness. Instantly soothes dry parched Summer lips. However it doesn’t last too long. It’s great to apply under a lipstick or directly for moisturizing.
OVERALL: Super hydrating and absolute Rose petals on lips feeling. It works well but sadly doesn’t last any different than a chap stick like Burt bees… For the price and the packaging it’s a sure indulgence. My suggestion, try it once for sure.
From the maker,
The Transat collection takes its cruise style codes right to the fingertips: painted vibrant red, sailor blue or rope beige, nails parade in maritime stripes with a transparent sticker kit featuring the CD logo. Incredibly easy to apply for a chic and playful manicure.
These are nautical inspired colors.
Box included 12 different sized transparent nail stickers with double white horizontal line and “CD” logo. They can be applied easily on top of a wet paint of polish, cut with a cuticle clipper and filed for a perfect finish. I tried this on a Revlon Nail polish and the sticker lasted more than 7 days of rigorous wear, while the polish was long gone.
This is artificial light VS natural light to show how deep and bold the color actually is.
OVERALL: Costs $30 USD per box but totally worth owning it!!
Frankly speaking I am not a lip color person, but my recent encounter at Sephora, more than impressed me into buying 3 of the Dior Addict Fluid Sticks.
It’s a dense, highly pigmented liquid lipstick. Easy to apply, it feels a bit like rubber once it’s dry, which allows it to stretch with the lips for lasting power…..
Available in 18 colors, from
Neutrals to vibrants and retailing at $35 USD Each for 0.18oz.
Upper picture single swipe of color on lips.
Lower picture shows stains left after being well wiped with a tissue. Gives you an idea of the staying power.
First up : 754 Pandore : Red
575 Wonderland : Fuschia Pink
639 Artifice : Tangerine/ Orange
OVERALL : Agreed, it’s a bit of a splurge. But I have no complaints. Excellent color, sets really quick to a glossy lipstick look. I find them a bit comparable to L’oreal Extraordinaire lip colors, in terms of formula and consistency but it finishes different, you feel it drying to “set”.
Best description: It feels like a lipstick looks like a gloss and stays like a lip stain …
It’s worth a try and you will be pleased.
Would you be purchasing these ? Would love to hear … 😊
I needed the right color with my purple-berry dress for a kid’s birthday party. Being a casual event I wanted to avoid fancy nails and stick to a basic polish. Since not many colors compliment the purple-berry I was down to white or this .. And now you know who won .. 🙂
Images taken in direct Sun.. Double coats.. Applies really well.. With L’oreal Gel Primer Base Coat and Top coat..
OVERALL : Very pretty color. Applies really well.. The L’oreal top coat added sick intense glossy finish .. Sadly it peeled on me the next morning 😦
Will give the polish and the L’oreal Gel system another try .. Maybe the way they are suppose to be 🙂
The Bonheur is a bright hot pink .. The images are taken indoor. 2 coats, no top/base coat.
I have seen that the Dior polishes are so rich that a base coat can be avoided to get a smooth finish and yes they never stain…It’s funny how I am falling so much in love with them .. I have started picking them over the Illamasqua as well which seems to have a more runny formula.
This is a comparison to Dior Plaza, another similar color .. Although the Plaza is more pink toned and the Bonheur is more red.. On the nail I couldn’t make out much difference..
This is Plaza on Pointer/Ring Finger and the Bonheur on the middle/little finger ..
OVERALL: Great fun color and excellent formula but I don’t see the reason to buy both …
