This is a clear lip plumper/ lip gloss. Although it appears to have a tint, it’s completely sheer like a clear lip gloss. Applies to a tingly minty sensation. I did not notice much plumping, but in honesty my lips are plump already, so I will not be able to validate the claim. Applies well and hydrates.

I love the sound of this, especially with layering with a base lipstick for that added Plump up sort of dramatic lip 😀

Reminds me a lot of the lip maximizer from Dior, similar formula and packaging and I guess, similar claims to make lips look / feel more plump…
