Zoya Storm

Today I have a yet another Zoya nail polish from the past, part of the 2012 Holiday Ornate Collection Zoya Storm.

Zoya Nail Polish in Storm can be best described as a full coverage, holiday black with a high concentration of micro fine diamond holographic glitter.

It’s a crelly formula with suspended holo glitter which takes good 2 or 3 coats to build up. It does have multicolored glitter that shines only In direct light or sun.

I have taken the pictures in direct morning sun and out of focus image is to capture the glitter

And this one is in shade:

Overall : Although it’s a dark color and glitter, it somehow failed to WOW me. It was very unattractive on the nails and chipped the next morning.. So I am not impressed. Personally this was the second worst Zoya Polish ( the first being Zoya Belinda, here). I wouldn’t wear it by itself but I played around a bit and came up with this …

Started with two well dried coats of Zoya Marley, taped half nails with scotch tape and painted Zoya Storm on one half. Removed tape while still a bit wet… Voila !
